I have created it this 8 week weight program to get maximum results not only for your body but also in your healthy lifestyle. Everything that you get in Fitness Center is based on balancing both health and physical activity. By following this 8 weeks program you can achieve maximum results. It is very important to be committed and to give it a 100%!!!!
I have help people all over the world to make their goals come true. Help them thru this 8 week weight program to conquer any obstacle and situation that life brings. Get to love themselves from the inside and out… Achieving over all health and be able to erase diabetes and heart problems for good! that’s what is all about.
No one can buy happiness, but only thru good health and lifestyle you can have happiness. Is the way that eating healthy makes you feel and it makes you look AMAZING!
This program is not your typical boring diet, is very balance on protein, carbohydrate and fat. Very important to have a high intake of WATER!!! Is extremely recommended for losing fat and for hydrating your skin, specially if we are loosing a lot of body fat we need to keep hydrating to avoid saggy skin or cellulite.
How much water should I drink?
Everyone in this subject gets confuse. How much is too much or to little…. Well let’s do some math!
Your weight X 0.5 = 02. Oz of water per day
Example: 200 lbs X 0.5 = 100 oz per day
Sleep is key! Lifestyles/Diets are very successful when it comes to your resting time that you get at night. There are serious problems with chronic sleep deprivation; High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Heart Attack and Heart Failure. Those are not only the problems you can encounter but lack of sleep can increase the stress hormone cortisol in the body, which would not help the body to relax and also won’t help you to lose weight.
Here are some ideal amount of hours for a successful and restful sleep:
I will be every step of the way when it comes to your physical activity specially on days you feel like you are out of energy and not feeling full committed. Need to understand that when I’m not around, you need to always think;… Why you are doing this? For whom you are doing it? For whom you are changing your lifestyle? >>>REMEMBER<<< IT’S FOR YOU!!! Also when you are at social events, remember that your health and goals are more important that piece of cake.
I recommend taking pictures every week. It could be every Friday or Sunday, the idea is to see our results and our body changing little by little. The most important part is that is actually changing! And this is the only way to see it and not to feel discourage. The majority of people are very visual, if we don’t see it or feel it we get that feeling of “not working” or “is not for me” ideas. Pictures are the best thing, can see our process and learn to love our body. It is very effective when going thru this 8 week program!
There is going to be people around you that might sabotage your goals, your life commitment, and most important YOUR HEALTH! Only you have the control to stop, clean up your pantry of food that will kill your JOY, ENERGY AND COMMITMENT. Staying focus on this program is key, sorry for repeating it but this is a must to succeed and also to learn to maintaining your lifestyle.
With this being said “LIFESTYLE” we would learn to see food in a totally different perspective. Learning healthy properties and values of our food…
I understand people need a day that can “CHEAT”…. EVERYTHING IN MODERATION IS FINE, BUT NOT AN EVERYDAY THING!!!!! Remember that feeling great and with lots of energy, endurance and balance life you can only achieve it with a good Blue Print! and there is no cheating or going thru the shortcuts…. you must follow this blue print==========>>>> 8 week weight program!
1) Drink no less than 3 litters of water
3) Exercise 5 times a day
4) Weight ALL your food!!!
5) Sleep your 8 hours
